Under the responsibility of the Operations Director, you are responsible for the administrative, commercial and managerial management of your agency, in accordance with the company's strategic orientations.
Your missions will BE the following :
- To develop and develop the loyalty of the existing customer portfolio while ensuring the prospection of new markets, in collaboration with the Sales Department.
- Anticipating and optimizing the technical, organizational and human resources necessary for the smooth running of the activity
- Manage and control your agency's operating account in order to increase profitability
- Managing and supporting a multidisciplinary team (secretarial, technical, commercial and operational)
- Ensure regular reportingWhat is the profile sought for this position?
With a higher education in commerce or management, you have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in a service company.
You have proven managerial and commercial experience.
