We are seeking a motivated Brand Manager to lead our pet food brands (Everland, Wolpy, and Equilibrio) in France.
In this dynamic role, you will BE responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that connect with consumers, driving brand growth, increasing market share, and ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines. Your focus will BE on creating and implementing integrated campaigns across all consumer touchpoints (in-store, online, and offline), maintaining consistent brand messaging and driving consumer engagement. Additionally, you will support the roll-out of these campaigns in Poland and Spain, collaborating with internal and external agencies and local partners for seamless and impactful market execution.
Responsibilities :
1. Brand Growth :
- Execute brand strategies to grow market share and revenue in key product categories and ranges in the French market.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights that maintain the brand's competitive edge.
- Partner with sales teams to enhance product visibility, availability, and performance across all distribution channels.
2. Brand Activation Campaigns :
- Lead the development and execution of 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, including in-store, digital, social media, events, press, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with agencies and external partners to design impactful campaigns that align with the brand vision.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all platforms and consumer interactions.
3. Product Portfolio Management :
- Oversee the product portfolio to ensure IT meets market demands and optimizes sales opportunities.
- Work with the product development team to identify new opportunities and refine existing offerings based on consumer insights.
- Coordinate product launches to ensure they align with overall brand strategy.
4. Budget Management :
- Efficiently manage the brand marketing budget to maximize the return on investment (ROI) from all campaigns and initiatives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with teams in sales, marketing, supply chain, and product development to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with external partners (agencies, media outlets, etc.) to implement brand initiatives effectively.
6. Consumer Insights and Performance Tracking :
- Utilize consumer insights and market research to guide brand strategy and improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership regularly.
- Stay informed about competitive activities and emerging consumer trends to refine brand strategies continuously.
7. Innovation and Trends :
- Identify opportunities for brand innovation by staying updated on industry trends, evolving consumer preferences, and technological advancements.
Education and Experience :
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in brand and product management, ideally in the FMCG or food sectors, with expertise in 360° brand activation campaigns.
- Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of the French market, including consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt and craft compelling brand messaging.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrated project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing external agency relationships.
- International experience and/or experience in the pet food or agri-food industry is a plus.
