Mandated by our customer, a french pharmaceutical company globally active in aestethics medical devices industry, we are hiring a Sales Manager (APAC region), based in Hong Kong offices, who will play a key operational role in driving sales and support growth and business expansion in the respective perimeter.

The APAC Sales Manager has primary responsibilities for selling, planning, organizing, and implementing all account management activities related to the sale and distribution of aesthetics medical devices in APAC region. He has high accountability for achieving the territory sales objectives and developping the company's market share.

This is a capital management position responsible for growing the assigned territory by converting new accounts and participating in activities related to company's products, destinated to aesthetics and dermatology professionals (KOL, dermatology doctors, plastic surgeons, distributors).

Main Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales results in APAC region. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base.
- Provide training, presentations and demonstrations to the customers on application and use of company's products using effective communication.
- Educate customers, and stakeholders in general, regarding the optimal and safe use of the company's products, and explain how they fulfill the customers needs.
- Support and facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the area.
- Pre-planning sales and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
- Coordinate market intelligence with internal services, maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products (marketing, regulatory affairs)
- Prepare and implement Commercial Action Plan.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date account files.
- Prepare sales contracts, quotes, price policy, and terms per company guidelines.
- Manage KOL and stakeholders, able to influence company sales and reputation.
- Complete general administration responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
- Maintain consistent communication with VP Sales on all matters related to the territory and area, including accurate forecasting.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
- Manage day to day sales administration activities in a detailed and timely manner (CRM)
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree or up in business management.

Requirements :
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in medical devices industry in APAC scope is a prerequisite, ideally in aesthetics or dermatology.
- Authorisation to live and work in Hong Kong. Position based in HK offices.
- Do not BE under non-competion agreement related to similar business.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, at all levels.
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support.
- High level of accountability, reliability and extremely responsive.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to specialists, management and/or large groups. Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of company's products using professional selling and closing skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetics and beauty field.
- Ability to use Word processing and database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of organization with regard to schedule management and follow-up skills are required.
- Knowledge of local regulation.

- English : Native or bilingual
- Mandarin/Chinese : Native or bilingual
- French : Not mandatory but recommended

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Ability to travel up to 50% in order to adequately cover the region including multi-overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate training meetings is required.
- Valid driver's license issued by the state/province in which the individual resides is required
- Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with local regulation department.

Significant Work Activities : Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment

Travel Frequency : 50 %
