- Stock management of stock items, made-to-order items, components.
- Purchasing and procurement according to company policy.
- Production planning.
- Shipping.
- Invoicing.
- Purchase orders follow up and inbound.
- Supplier Claim management.
- Reporting / Participation in vendors performance review.
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes, with ideally one or two domains of expertise.
- Mastery of Incoterms.
- Proficiency in all types of transport (Road freight, airfreight, SEA freight, intermodal) including producing relevant paperwork, good understanding of basic import/export rules. Knowledge of Intrastat and customs declaration is considered as an advantage.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, to work independently and within a team, with little supervision.
- Good analytical skills, excellent communication skills, problem solving / positive mindset.
- Aptitude for working with technical data associated with product line.
