Missions à réaliser
Job description :
In direct collaboration with the Project/Contract Managers and the executive committee, your role will include :
Claims verification and management :
- Serve as one of the Group's primary internal point of contact for claim negotiations and resolutions.
- Verify and manage claims or requests for compensation against our clients and from all suppliers or stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and understanding between all parties involved in claims.
Contract Variation management :
- Follow up and review of contract variation requests.
- Assess their impact on the project.
- Participate in elaboration of terms and conditions with involved parties.
Documentation and reporting :
- Maintain detailed records of all claims and related communications.
- Prepare regular reports on claim status and outcomes.
Stakeholder liaison o Act as a liaison between the Contract & Project Management team, our Legal Counsel and Group's executive committee.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed and updated on the status of claims and any related issues.
Continuous improvement :
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in claim management.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in claim resolution.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, focusing on large-scale industrial projects.
- Extensive experience in industrial construction projects, proficient in claim management, and skilled in contract understanding/redaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ; capable of managing diverse tasks/priorities and working with international contractors.
- Fluent in English, French and/or German are considered as an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent mastery Office tools.
- Ability to travel between project sites as required.
