We are seeking a Global Manufacturing Digital & Lean Transformation Leader to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. As a key strategic leader, you will define and execute the Lean Core Transformation (HPS 3.0), optimizing processes, eliminating waste, and improving productivity while ensuring alignment with world-class Lean methodologies.

This role will require expertise in Lean strategy, digital process optimization, problem-solving, and leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The position offers an opportunity to impact business growth by enhancing efficiency, reducing lead times, and improving cost performance.

Main Missions :
- Lean Strategy & Transformation : Develop and implement a comprehensive global Lean transformation strategy to enhance operational efficiency.
- Digital Process Optimization : Leverage Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies to refine processes and drive innovation.
- Local Plant Transformation : Guide plant leadership in executing Lean initiatives tailored to site-specific needs.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement problem-solving methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA) to drive sustainable improvements.
- Leadership & Talent Development : Coach teams, develop Lean leaders, and build high-performing, autonomous teams.

Job requirements :
- Education : Master's degree (LSS Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred); Agile methodology is a plus.
- Experience : 10+ years in an industrial and strategic function within a complex, cross-functional, and international environment.
- Expertise in Lean & Continuous Improvement : Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, 14000, and 18000 standards, WCM methodologies, and digital transformation in manufacturing.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
- Global Mindset : Experience in an international setting with the ability to drive transformation across multiple locations.
