Overview : In support of Flamingo transformation, we are seeking a Security Consultant with expertise in Security Governance, strategy development, and project management. The consultant will effectively manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for our team. The primary responsibilities include overseeing project planning and execution, delivering dashboards and KPIs, ensuring alignment with security governance frameworks, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our security posture. The consultant will facilitate communication among project stakeholders, establish best practices for project management, and ensure that all security-related projects are delivered on time and within scope. This mission is critical for driving the team's objectives and maintaining compliance with security standards.
Service Description
1 Context :
* Group Operations Security / GOS COE : We are the security assurance team of Group Operations, using Security by Design principles to improve security coverage and drive individual and global Security Assurance Plans and Remediation. Our team consists of 10 people across three different countries.
* We are looking for an External Security Consultant with a strong interest in PMO to lead the program and projects of the teams, support team governance, and execute the action plans.
1 Services :The consultant will BE responsible for the following services :
* Supporting IT projects to ensure the application of Security by Design using a Risk-Based Methodology (ISO).
* Assessing IT projects being built or deployed by the groupe operations in various countries, including on-premise, cloud, or SaaS environments, to support all of the group operations worldwide.
1 Deliverables :The consultant will BE expected to deliver the following :
* a. Project Planning and Follow-Up : Effective planning and regular follow-up on project progress.
* b. Program Dashboard and Reporting : Creation and maintenance of program dashboards and comprehensive reporting.
* c. Coordination : Efficient coordination with cross-functional projects/programs and team activities.
* Expertise in Security Governance and strategy development.
* At least 5 years in a same experience
* Strong project management skills.
* Experience in managing PMO functions.
* Familiarity with Security by Design principles.
* Proficiency in Risk-Based Methodologies (ISO).
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams across different countries.
* Expertise in Security Governance and strategy development.
* At least 5 years in a same experience
